The rich grain of jacaranda wood lends its extraordinary beauty to this quena flute. Crafted by hand, it is a legacy of the Inca and an indispensable instrument in today's traditional Peruvian music. Benito Tito perforates holes of different widths to ensure a sweet sound. Its case emulates pre-Hispanic textiles.

I am learning to play this flute. It has deep, peaceful tones. I love the case for it so much, I keep the flute hanging in my dining room like a piece of art

Over the years, I have collected many flutes. This one is exceptional. The wood is perfectly suited for its purpose and lovingly crafted. The holes are just the right size and spacing to achieve the notes effortlessly (without having to partially cover one to hit the true pitch). I got two and a half octaves from it right from the start. The tone is resonant and haunting (in the best way). I absolutely love this flute! The bag that comes with it is vibrant and offers good everyday protection.
