I got exactly what I was expecting and I'm kinda hard to please, lol!! :-) I had already picked out where she was going....in our purple, whimsical bathroom on an open wall that needed something. I thought the mermaid would be great for the bath, over the tub. And my daughter is a beautiful redhead, so she reminded me of her and it's for her bathroom when she visits.

Thank you Andriana! I have seen many earrings made this way before -- but never is such a clever way! I love wearing my butterfly wings! For me, butterflies represent "the spirits of my ancestors"... and I know I can "hear" them better when I wear these earrings. I know these earrings take such a long time to make.... One day, I will count every bead -- just for the fun of it.
